An OLED screen is $199 and an LCD screen is $149, plus tax, the same at all five stores. You see and approve the total price before any work starts.

LCD is the lowest-priced option: less contrast (blacks look greyish), a slightly thicker panel, touch that can feel different, and more battery use. It suits a phone you plan to sell or keep as a backup.Most iPhone 15 screen replacements take 30–60 minutes; a few take up to 90 minutes.

Water-damaged phones are not covered.We don’t take your passcode, so we can’t test Face ID ourselves; if we see visible damage to the Face ID parts, we tell you. Check Face ID right after pickup, because a hairline fault isn’t always visible. If it doesn’t work, we can repair Face ID for an additional charge.
Face ID parts sit next to the screen and can be damaged in a drop or when a phone is opened.A screen replacement normally doesn’t touch your data. We never erase your phone without your permission: if a reset is ever needed, we ask first, and if you say no, we don’t.
Back up your phone before the repair if it still works: a damaged phone can fail at any time.After a screen replacement with a non-Apple part, iPhone lists the display as an unknown part in Settings → General → About → Parts and Service History, and True Tone may not work. The phone keeps working normally.

We look at the glass, frame and display with you, photograph the phone, and ask whether the data on it matters to you. You pick OLED or LCD and approve the total before work starts.
We replace the screen. We fit a new adhesive seal with every screen. Before you leave, test touch across the whole display and unlock with Face ID.

Yes. If the phone also got wet or won’t turn on, it needs a diagnostic first, because a dead phone isn’t always a screen problem. The diagnostic is $75, and it goes toward the repair if you decide to fix it.
No. After any screen replacement the phone is no longer water-resistant to its factory standard. If the glass lifts later, tell us.
