Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome at all five stores during opening hours. Booking a time helps us plan your visit, and we’ll send you a reminder. A confirmed appointment reserves device check-in only.
What does an appointment reserve?
It reserves a 15-minute arrival window for device check-in at the selected store. It does not promise a repair start or completion time.
What if online appointment times are unavailable?
The repair request remains saved, but no appointment is confirmed. Contact the selected store to plan your visit.
Do I need to know my model or diagnose the problem?
No. Name, phone, and a selected store are enough to start. The issue and backup email are optional.
